Meet Annie Hadley

I'm a licensed physical therapist and yoga teacher from Sallisaw, Oklahoma who's spent years working with Broadway performers, touring artists, and high-level clients who demand a lot from their bodies. I've traveled extensively providing PT for productions and private clients, and I bring that road-tested wisdom to everyone I work with - whether you're a professional performer or just trying to move through life without pain. I believe in treating the whole person, not just the injury, and helping you understand your body so you can take care of it for the long haul.

How I Work?

My approach blends traditional physical therapy with yoga-informed movement therapy and a deep understanding of how the body adapts (or breaks down) under sustained performance demands. I've worked with dancers who tour 300 days a year, vocalists managing chronic tension patterns, and everyday people just trying to get their bodies back after injury or surgery. I focus on functional movement, injury prevention, and sustainable recovery - teaching you to move intelligently so you can keep doing what you love without constantly breaking down.

My Healing Journey

I grew up in Sallisaw, Oklahoma and spent years traveling with Broadway tours and working with high-level performers who put incredible demands on their bodies. I've been a physical therapist working with dancers who tour 300 days a year, vocalists managing chronic tension, and artists whose bodies are their instruments. What I learned is that most people - performers or not - are just trying to move through life without constant pain, and they deserve someone who understands how bodies adapt, compensate, and sometimes break down under sustained stress. I bring that road-tested wisdom to everyone I work with, whether you're a professional performer or just trying to get your body back.
