My Healing Journey
My journey into healing began 20+ years ago when I first sat in ceremony with my shamanic teacher. I was being trained as a coach even then - learning that transformation happens when we stop running from our darkness and learn to walk with it instead. My Cherokee ancestors started walking with me, blessing the ground through me, and I began channeling Archangel Raphael. 8 years ago, I got sober and everything deepened. Now I guide others through the passages I've walked - from addiction to freedom, from fear to love, from performing life to actually living it.
Credentials and Training?
18 years of professional coaching training bringing me to master-level competencies, began while sitting in ceremony with my shamanic teacher. 8 years in recovery, 20+ years of spiritual practice. Reiki Master. Trained in multiple spiritual traditions, now rooted in Cherokee ancestral medicine. Channel Archangel Raphael and ancestral wisdom (yours and mine). Specialize in shadow work, recovery coaching, shamanic healing, and sacred business guidance for purpose-driven entrepreneurs. Founder of BonTerra.
How do you work with me?
Book a session through BonTerra for one-on-one work (virtual or in-person in Austin). I offer shamanic healing sessions, master-level life coaching, recovery coaching, Reiki, ancestral healing, and sacred business guidance. Sliding scale available for those in early recovery. Fair warning: I'm 7 feet tall, I channel angels and ancestors, and I'm not afraid of your dark places - I've been there and know the way back to the light.
